Book Talk on Tuesday
I hope you are all reading The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman. We will be having a Book Talk on Tuesday, right after lunch, in Mr. Wallace's room. You should have read up to page 125 by that time. This should be fun and casual, where we just talk a bit about the book. As you're reading, think about any questions you might have. At our Book Talk, we can discuss these things and it may help you understand the book a little more.

Yes, it will start during 8th grade read time and through 5th period. If I remember correctly, you and Margaret have lunch 5th period, so you don't have to come to the book talk and miss your lunch if you don't want to. You could come during 8th grade reading time, then go eat lunch, then come back if you'd like.
